Julian Manrique

Julian Manrique is the leader and owner of Focus Physical Therapy in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Since he can remember, he’s been interested in the way the human body works and how we can make it function better — ultimately inspiring him to become a physical therapist.

He founded Focus PT with the vision of treating clients as individuals, with their own goals, values, and desires. He listens carefully to the clients to better understand their needs — working together to help establish goals that are meaningful to them, all while doing his best to answer any and all questions. Helping his clients return to the lifestyles and activities they adore is what inspires him to continue to grow and learn as a PT.

Julian graduated from Loma Linda University and has multiple certifications – Astym Certified, Nike Golf – NG360 Golf Performance Specialist, and Functional Manual Reaction Certified.

Julian was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and grew up in Loma Linda, CA. He loves spending his time outdoors – mountain biking, surfing, or hiking. His wife Laura, two children, and his Bernese Mountain dog, Magnum make up his family.

His favorite phrase is “Never Give Up” and he hopes his clients know that they can always count on that from Focus PT.

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

Junoe is a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant here at Focus Physical Therapy. He graduated from Pima Medical Institute where he received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy.

What inspired Junoe to become a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant was having an uncle with muscular dystrophy. First hand, he was able to experience a family member with home health physical therapy sessions and he would witness how they would improve his uncle’s quality of life throughout these sessions. Seeing the quality care they provided his uncle inspired Junoe to pursue a career in physical therapy.
During his free time, Junoe loves to hang out with his friends, family, and his two dogs – Lea and Mika. He enjoys activities such as snowboarding, traveling, and anything active.

Dr. Reggie

Patient Care Coordinator

Dr. Reggie’s story is a bit different, only because his journey does not involve the “I was a patient just like you story.” Reggie actually never had a traumatic injury that forced him to seek professional help from a physical therapist. Instead, his expertise comes from building upon the foundation he establishes with his patients, on day one. Reggie believes that your physical therapy experience is more than just exercises, but it’s also how you connect, the professional yet hand-in-hand relationship, and the drive to collaborate – he believes that those will be the defining moments where you can feel your potential.

Dr. Reggie grew up in San Diego, CA. Through his experiences thus far, he has learned to make the most impact by first connecting with the people he meets. Reggie has been molded by the multitude of people he has met in his life, from his multiple moves as a military kid, his service as an Air Force Reserve cargo specialist, his athletic career as a football and track and field, and to now as a Trabuco Hills High School Track and Field coach and Focus Physical therapist. Reggie hopes to be that same influential person in your life, as well.

When not treating patients Reggie enjoys taking his wife on fun dates that his patient’s recommend, finding restaurant gems around the world, and he also enjoys coaching track and field and going for road cycling trips. Reggie is also a huge Chargers fan! #BoltUp
